This page describes this BroomBrief preview website. It is not a subscription signup or a customer account.
What this website collects
BroomBrief offers an optional one-time launch-notice form. It has no account registration, payment collection, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts added by us. The sample tabs run in your browser and do not send the selection to us. We do not store your tab selection.
The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs. This statement does not claim the hosting platform collects no information.
Downloads and external links
The downloadable CSV contains selected dated public-record project facts, source links, and explicit limitations. It does not contain verified cleaning opportunities or private contact lists. Links to public research sources take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. We do not control those sites.
Launch-notice requests
If you choose to sign up, we store your email address, optional first name, the consent wording/version and timestamp, and a private removal-link identifier in the site’s server-side database. This is used to prepare and send one BroomBrief launch announcement—not an ongoing marketing series or a paid subscription. We do not send automatic confirmation emails. Email ownership is not verified by this form.
The site does not expose the subscriber list publicly. Save the private removal link displayed after a successful signup to remove that specific request before the notice. Multiple submissions may create separate consent records; any eventual launch send must deduplicate email addresses. We also use temporary hashed network/email counters to limit abuse; expired counters are cleaned when new submissions are processed. No fixed automatic deletion schedule for launch requests has been implemented.
Email inquiries
The dedicated address is hello@broombrief.com. Its setup is still being finalized; this preview does not yet invite email inquiries. When email opens, any information you choose to email will be used to respond to that inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, sensitive personal data, or confidential client lists.
Before enrollment opens
We will provide the relevant seller identity, billing terms, cancellation route, and privacy information before paid enrollment or payment. Browsing this site does not enroll you in a subscription or launch list. The launch notice requires your separate, unchecked opt-in.
